Bronze bushing :
Solid Lubricant Embedded Bush can be used low, middle and high load. When under high load, wear performancedegrades accordingly.
It's a general-purpose product and be applied under low or high pressure, low or high temperature, and oil, water or dry lubrication.
Can be applied in consistent cast machine, rolling machine, conveyor equipment, plastic injection machine, high voltage switch, hoisting supporter, hydraulic gate supporter; paper-making machine, automobile die etc.
Base Material: CuZn24AL6
Base Hardness: HB230-270
This is a kind of high strength cast bronze based material and on the surface of ehich is embedded with prefpormed solid lubrication, So it can be made into bearing, plate, thrust washes and so on.
JDB has both the virtues of the copper alloy and the solid lubricant, can be applied under dry, high temperature, high pressure, corrosive, water or other chemical envirorments, where no oil can be introduced.
It widely applied in casting machines, steel rollers in metallography, mineral machines, ship, turbogenerators, hydraulicturbines and injection molding machines forplastics.
