Mircodermabrasion

Mircodermabrasion is a new technology that basically removes the top layer of your skin, leaving the new skin beneath which is free of blemishes and discolorations.

The process occurs through the use of a small, hand held machine that contains a small blade implement. The implement scrapes away at the skin at very high speeds, removing the skin.

Now, it sounds painful but it's actually quite painless. The machine is often called "lunchtime peel" since it can be performed in as little as 15 minutes. The results of the machine are often compared to that of a light chemical peel.

However, the machine has one major advantage: You can use it over and over as many times as you want. There are basically two types of machines you can choose from - one that uses crystal sand to scrap away the skin and another type that uses a diamond tip.
