Safe Packing

PLA filament is sensitive to the environment humidity, which needs the sealed packing.

All our filaments are sealed packed by the vacuum bag, and with a thick carton outside, ensuring stable quality after long-time sea shipment.

Quality Assurance

All the raw materials are imprted from Korea and Europe. And throught strict quality control while prodution, all our ABS plastic for 3D printer can keep a good fluency under a large temperature range. It will help to avoid the head clogging problem while environmental temperature changes.

And our 3D printer filament has a good  coagulability, it means if you want to print some prototypes with complex structure, it is even not necessary to add supporting structure.

Temperature properties

For successful printing correct temperature settings are very important. The material properties and advised print settings of ABS are shown in the table below. The printing temperature is always higher than the melting temperature to achieve proper heat transfer to the filament.

Glass transition temperature	+/- 78 °C
Melting temperature	175 °C
Nozzle temperature	210-225 °C
Heated bed temperature	90-110 °C

Use the above values as a starting point, optimal values for your specific printer may vary from the values shown above,depending on e.g. nozzle diameter, printing speed and layer height.
