Description:The low-porosity clay brick is made of dense-sintered flint clay with low content of Fe2O3, K2O and Na2O. It uses grade 3 bauxite tube-mill powder from Yangquan as fine powder and bonding clay. It has good plasticity, viscosity and purity. It is formed at high pressure and sintered at high temperature. It has excellent strength and low porosity. Its properties are higher than other brand of clay brick made in China. All index has reached the international advanced level. The light-weight high-alumina brick features good mechanical strength, thermal shock resistance and low thermo conductivity. It can be processed by cutting and polishing to assure precise measurement. The product is suitable for shuttle kilns, roller kilns, roofs and walls of tunnel kilns.
