Description:CTV3000E net video decoder The CTV3000E net video decoder converts networked video streams into analog audio/video (A/V) signals. The video stream comes from networked DVRs, video encoders, or video data servers and is decoded and converted into analog TV signals. This signal is then sent to a TV monitor for display. In the net-oriented surveillance system, video decoders are usually placed in the surveillance center, directly driving monitoring equipment such as a TV wall.
