It is able to apply these modes flexibly. The combination of our innovative synchronous regenerating technology with our video pre-processing technology, results in greatly improved security. The de-scrambling equipment for the TELECAST digital automatic segment scrambling/de-scrambling system automatically switches receiving segments; it has high accuracy and a fast switching speed. Moreover, the equipment has very strong network adaptability, it can work normally in environments with lower signal levels; its high frequency circuits use SMD processes, and it has good frequency magnitude characteristic consistency. The addressing administrative system for the TELECAST digital automatic segment scrambling/de-scrambling system uses a clock addressing mode, its addressing ability is not limited to addressing speed, and this has greatly improved addressing efficiency and accuracy, thus it can guarantee complete and high-efficiency management for the whole network. Scrambling devices: These are used to process the TV program, which needs to be scrambled in the front rooms of the TV station. Each TV signal needs to be configured with scrambling equipment, each of which integrates three functions: synchronization, video pre-processing, and video scrambling. Each scrambling unit is made to be 1rack unit standard case; this helps to save space in a TV station and also makes for easy equipment placement. Descrambling devices: The TV subscribers can receive TV programs normally by descrambling the scrambled television signal with the descrambling equipment. If the subscriber\'\'s account with the service provider becomes past due, the descrambling unit will automatically disable viewing of the affected programming until such time as the account is made current. Descrambling units are about the size of a fixed telephone, and may be placed on the TV set top. The display lights on the descrambling units show their operation status, and they will also remind subscribers when their subscription time limit is about to expire.
