Description:OnAccess2000 is a managed Ethernet Media Converter System. It provides an ideal solution to extend the Ethernet services over fiber for fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) or fiber-to-the-building (FTTB) applications. The OnAccess2000 offers up to 15 media converter slots to accommodate all kind of different media converter type, such as 10/100Base-TX to 100Base-FX or 10/100/1000Base-TX to 1000Base-X media converter. OnAccess2000 network management solution allows administrators to easily configure features, monitor performance, and troubleshoot the system using a standard Web browser and Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)-based network management platforms. Features Up to 15 media converter slots in one chassis. In-band network management communication with TS-1000 standard. 10/100Base-TX to 100Base-FX media conversion. 10/100/1000Base-TX to 1000Base-X media conversion Single fiber to dual fibers conversion Multi-mode fiber to single mode fiber conversion Non-blocking store-and-forward architecture enables the forwarding rate to proceed at a full wire speed. 802.1p Class of Service with 2-level priority. 802.3x flow control for a full-duplex mode and collision-based backpressure for a half-duplex mode. 802.1Q tag-based VLAN with 12 bit VID.
