Nomex Kevlar (aramid) spunlace felt quilted with the Nomex FR viscose lining fabric for fire fighter coveralls to anti heat and to keep soft & comfort.

spunlace felt weight: 70gsm, 120gsm, 150gsm   (light yellow color)

needle felt weight: 150-200gsm  (raw white)

can quilt with the lining fabric (Nomex/FR viscose 120gsm, grey color)

composition: 93% Nomex 5%Kevlar 2% P140

weight: 150gsm, 180gsm, 200gsm, 220gsm, 250gsm  (don't suggest you to use much heavy weights,as the FR performance of 150gsm NomexIIIA already exceed much more than the 300gsm FR cotton)

feature: permanent flame retardant, no melt, no drop, anti heat 250-350 ℃ , anti static, acid and alkhli resistant, arc resistant

composition: 50% Nomex 50% FR viscose   (why we use FR viscose? one is to low the cost, the other one is let it more soft)

VWP fabric

composition: 40% Wool, 50% FR viscose, 10% PA66

weight: 250gsm, 270gsm,310gsm, 350gsm

feature: permanent flame retardant, no melt, no drop, anti heat 100 ℃ , 

application: smelt workwear.

The aluminized coating is optional,  Can prevent the high temperature liquid spray
