Kanecaron® is a registered trade name of inherently flame-retardant modacrylic fibers.
Protex®, a enhanced fame –retardant series of Kanecaron® fiber, while at the same time allowing its original fiber characteristics, such as softness and natural appearance, to be maintained.
We are the strategy partner of Protex from Kaneka,we import the fibers,then we do the spining,the weaving,the dyeing,and sell the fabrics to our clients.
The detailed features as below:
- No topical or other chemical treatments are required.
- No Dripping or melting, Protex® blend fabrics char rather then melt.
- Very comfortable, Kanecaron® and Protex® has softness similar to natural fibers,it can also be blend with manmade or other natural fibers
- Excellent durability of flame retardancy properties.
- Kanecaron® and Protex® resistant to both acid and alkali exposure.
- Kanecaron® and Protex® are suitable for both woven and knitted fabric.
- Kanecaron® and Protex® give the excellent flame-retardant,even when blend with non-FR fibers without the need for topical FR coatings or treatments.
- the Kanecaron® and Protex® fabric could reach the EN531, NFPA2112, EN1149, EN471 standards,etc.
- Use dull of Kanecaron® or Protex® fiber, the fabric suitable for the coveralls, overalls, jackets, underwears, bedding, blankets, decorate, etc.
- Provide the optional FC finishing, Hygroscopic and sweat releasing finishing, antibacterial finishing,etc.
11.Color fastness is high and the color is bright, shrinkage within +/-3% (knit within +/-5%) after washing.
Note:
- Could long time be used below 120°C,but above 170°C, it will be carbonization.
- Please low iron with 105-120°C.
- Water temperature below 40°C
