This production line is specialized in opening polyester fiber, wool then filling into pillow, cushion, toy and pet supplies etc.
-- It is assembled by fiber opening machine and filling machine.
-- The whole line can be handled by 2 operators and adjusted by foot switch.
-- High capacity with 100-150Kg up material running per hour.
-- The opener roller is produced by V-wire, so that the finished fiber is more elasticity and without hurt; the opening rate can be 98% more; it is long life and less maintenance.
