This product is a special synthetic fiber, mainly used for the crack of cement concrete, increasing the toughness.
This product evenly mixed in cement concrete, effectively improve the brittleness of cement concrete, to prevent the occurrence of cracks and reduce the water permeability, more effective protection of reinforcing steel bar, the increase of cement.
The abrasion resistance of concrete, the ground resistance, frost resistance, corrosion resistance, to improve their
ability of bending and impact resistance.
This product can be widely used in airports, roads, parking lots, driveways, gas stations,floor and walls of buildings,
industrial buildings foundation, swimming pool, field, water conservancy, railways, etc in the concrete, cement mortar,
block, etc. It can say, where with cement concrete and asphalt can be using the product.
This product acid alkali resistance and tensile strength of columns is extremely high, specially anti-aging and low stretch
processing, good chemical stability,fiber is non-toxic, adding quantity is little, when using in the cement concrete has good
dispersibility, combined with concrete and firm, a simple and convenient construction, easy to adjust measures to local
conditions, flexible operation.
When using this product after opening the package at the same time to join with the rest of the cement concrete material
mixer.
(DRY mixing) Concrete: add 0.9 kg per cubic metre of concrete.
(WET mixing) Cement mortar: add 1 kg per tonne of cement mortar.
This product has no special requirements on mixing time, no special requirements for cement concrete raw materials, no
special requirements for engineering maintenance.
