We produce 100% Cotton Sewing Threads,Gassed & Mercerized Yarns,Crochet Yarns, Hand-Knitting Yarns and some speciality threads like glazed threads.
We can produce any of the above threads and yarns in Carded or Combed; Gassed or Un-Gassed; Mercerised or Soft; Bleached or Dyed and also supply in Ecru (Raw White).
We are giving further details of these Five types of products.
1. COTTON SEWING THREADS. - We supply these on 24,000 /10,000 or 5,000 Yds/Mts Cones or 1000 Yds/Mts tubes. These can be supplied on your desired length or weight.We make these in Gassed and Mercerised of Cotton sewing Threads Counts; - Ne 16/3 - Ne 20/2, 20/3 - Ne 24/2,24/3 - Ne 30/2,30/3,30/4 - Ne 36/3 - Ne 40/2,40/3 - Ne 50/2,50/3 - Ne 60/3 Infact, we can make these in any count between Ne 6 to Ne 70 in 2Ply, 3ply,4ply upto 27 Ply and Cord (multifolded) like 2x3 etc.
2. MERCERIZED YARNS - in Cotton Mercerised Yarn and from Count Ne 16/2 ~ Ne 60/2 Combed, Gassed & Mercerised Cotton Yarn Natural Grey (Raw White) on cones. We can also supply Mercerised Yarn on Ready for dyeing packages like on Plastic Perforated cones / DytexTubes.
3. CROCHET YARNS - We usually supply these on balls of 20 gms, 50 gms or 100 gms in Counts Ne10/3, Ne12/3, Ne24/2x3; and Ne30/2x3.You can specify count and ply/cord to your requirement.
4. HAND-KNITTING YARNS - These also we supply on balls and in counts as required by each customer. Our common counts are 6/2,8/4, 12/3, 12/4,12/2x3, 10/5x3, 23/2x7, 10/2x4, 28/2x4, 30/2x8 on various weights on balls. Both Crochet Yarns and Hand-Knitting Yarns can be supplied on balls with CORE inside or without Core.
5. GLAZED THREADS - We produce these speciality threads for specific needs of our customers.
