NG-05R Mattress Wrapping Machine
1. This machine is specialized in rolling packing the foam mattress which density is equal or less than 30kgs/m3. It has the following advantages. First, high production efficiency, it takes 35~40 seconds to finish one foam mattress rolling packing into the plastic bag. Second, simple operation, it will be automatic rolling packing if you put on the foam mattress and plastic bag and then push one button. The worker can operate the machine skillful after few minutes training. Third, low packing cost, it needs one PVC or PE bag of diameter 320mm (approx.) to pack one foam mattress. The volume of the foam mattress can be reduced gently after rolling packing. Thereby the cost of transportation and storage can be much lower. The machine is compact and convenient to installation and maintenance.
2. The import is automatic for adjustment, more adaptable, thus improving the volume for different thick mattresses. Completely solve the mattress in the feeding process of a serious slip problem. And the reach minimum adjustment is 40mm.
3. Volume package mattress not deformation, but also saves storage space for the production, transportation, and save cost such as transportation cost, storage cost, so as to enhance their competitiveness.

Our machine is one year period. If damaged caused by non-human factor, our company will be responsible for the free repair or replacement. While damaged caused by other factors or after warranty period, we will continue to provide service with reasonable price to the customer.
2. Installation and Training
We will send the User Manual for you to study how to install and operate the machines. If you have technicians who knows well about this kind of machine, you can install it by yourself. But if not and need our technicians to your factory for installing and trainning, we can help arrange. And all the expenses including VISA, air tickets, hotels, eating etc will be born by your side.
