The solution of the bottom line is not easy to take the line when the bobbin thread is full
When the bobbin thread is full, the bottom line is not easy to take online, use off some will be better, the main reason is the bobbin thread full word, can cause the bottom line line not free, tension is big, small, which eventually led to the bobbin thread is too short, the sewing on-line can't take the bottom line. (4) or in ordinary shuttle core set of bottom cushion a piece of flannelette, in order to increase the bobbin friction resistance.

(6) the use of the bobbin and shuttle core set of clearance must be as low as possible.
(7) when using lower sewing speed, especially shear line stop when the lower speed.
