Packing: Rayon Filament Yarn is very sensitive to water, abrasion and easily to get injured.
Every Bobbin is wrapped by plastic film to protect yarn from friction. Every Bobbin is well fixed in the carton to avoid of shaking.
Bobbins in carton good for long time and long distance tranportation by sea and by air. Other packing can be arranged as per buyer's request such as Pallet, Neutral Packing carton. The addtional packing expense will be charged.
Payment:
FOB basis: 30% TT in advance and the balance when the goods is ready
CIF and CNF Basis:
1) 30% TT in advance and the balance against L/C at sight or BL copy
2) 30% TT in advance and the balance by DP at sight.
Claim: The buyer's Should lodge a claim for quality, quantity, color in 15 days after receipt the goods.

The Characteristcs of Continuous Spinning Rayon Filament Yarn
Package Weight: CSY(continuous Spinning Yarn) can obtain very large package, the bobbin weight can reach 10 kg/bobbin. However for easy handling in further process, normally the bobbin weight will be 3-6kg. Where traditional centrifugal spinning Rayon Filament Yarn, the cone weight will be only 1.7kg or Maximum 2.5kg.
Knots and Broken Filaments: Even CSY package is very large, but it has no knots with less broken filament yarn; wherever Centrifugal yarn has much more knots, because every cone is rewound from cake (about 500-800gram), during the winding process, more knots will be resulted. There will be 7-15 knots on centrifugal cone. At same time, because centrifugal yarn has more process steps, more broken filament will be occured on the cones.
Process steps and duration:
CSY has very few process steps and short duration, it just takes the yarn about 2 minutes from spinnerette to final package, all process steps including, washing, drying are carried on a big drum; It takes centrifugal yarn about 7-10 days from spinnerette to cone package.
CSY production has much less pollution, where centrifugal spinning process has so much pollution on enviroment so that in EU and developed counties, the viscose production was closed down due to its heavy pollution on water and air.
CSY can be used for high speed weaving mchine for its few knots and broken filament.
CSY has no twist but glue on the yarn, it can be used directly for some application, where Centrifugal yarn has twist naturally and no glue on the yarn. The glue percentage can be controlled as per different market. In some market such as India, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt and EU, clients need high glue for special application.
