PP Fiber (Polypropylene Fiber)
PP Fiber is made of propylene by polymerizing and melt-spinning. Due to its advantage such as simple production process, low cost, high tenacity and light density, PP fiber has been developed very fast and become one of the most important synthetic fibers.
Advantage and Property:
Simple production process, low cost, light weight, high tenacity high and elongation, excellent elasticity, good abrasion, strong acid and alkali resistance, but bad hydroscopicity and dyeability, bad light resistance and heat stability, easy to age and no ironing resistant.

PP Filament Yarn (including texturized and bulk Yarn), PP staple fiber, PP monofilament yarn, split-film fiber, hollow fiber, profiled fiber, various compound fibers and non-woven fabrics

PP FDY (30D-3000D) for weaving, knitting, cord, rope, tape fabrics and etc
PP DTY (30D-300D) for elastic clothes, seamless underwear, socks and sport fabric
PP BCF (BCF 1250-3000dtex/120,144,160,180,300F) for carpet, rug and cushion.
PP ATY (100D-6200D)for clothing, furniture fabric, carpet and car fabric
PP Mono-filament Yarn (0.08mm-2.0mm, 60D-25000D)
PP High Tenacity and Industrial Yarn (350D-6000D)
PP Staple Fiber (0.27D-60000D)
PP split fiber (900D-90000D)
