Introduction:
1.Multi-ply Viscose Filament Yarn (VFY) is a natural yarn made from Wood pulp or cotton pulp. It is also know as Rayon Yarn or Rayon Filament Yarn. Owing to the silky appearance & feel, VFY can be used to make fabrics for clothing and home textiles. Due to its ability to absorb moisture and release sweat, it can be used in making soft smooth fabric for clothing. It is also widely used to make Viscose Embroidery Thread.
2.Two kinds:Viscose filament yarn,centrifugal and continuous type.
3.we can supply high quality dyed and raw white multi-ply( normally 2-5 plys or as your demands) rayon filament yarn from 75D to 600D, bright or semi-dull.
4.dyeing methods:
1)hank dyeing process: raw white cake-cone-hank reeling(about 250 gram)-dye-dry-winding on the cone.
2)cake dyeing process: raw white cake(more than 500grams)-dye-dry-winding on the cone
Cake dyeing can make sure less break filament and less knots.
