It puts in bags the Aluminium Profiles up to 7 meters long with a capacity of up to 60 profiles par hour, when operated by 2 operators. Construction by structural Anodized Alum Profiles It ensures flexibility and economy in film consumption for the whole sublichromia process. Bagging machine for printed film with thermo welding novelty. Welding head moves along the profile which lies on the working table. Welding is made at the extremities of plastic film giving good result with significant saving of film in comparison with ultrasonic method. Welding speed up to 20 M/min, movement in two directions. Productivity up to 60 profiles/hour. Thermo weld 700 is the alternative proposal to ultrasound welding machine moreover is less expensive bagging solution. Linear vacuum tubes placed in along the rail, to hold the film sides. An aspiration device prevents fumes coming out from thermo welding the plastic film. Maximum profile length 7m. Total power installed 3 kW. Two operators needed. It ensures flexibility and economy in film consumption for the whole sublichromia process.
