Description:We initialize 7 special designs in 2005 which improve packing quality, packing speed and save material: 1) Special design I: 12 rollers / 2 groups at certain angle to uphold steadily and run smoothly 2) Special design II: adopts mighty belt in replacement of chain for conveying to reduce noise and eliminate potential trouble caused by chain break, patent buckle design ensures safety of film carriage 3) Special design III: traditional hatch is ahead and easy to be tripped by touch and the weight is always at back, so we make the hatch at back which is convenient for moving 4) Special design IV: chassis is in integrative "U" model and close to the turntable, so the equipment will not be damaged by film jam in the turntable 5) Special design V: integrative arch design for pillar protect and facility enfolding design make personal installation come true and make it safe to move and install 6) Special design VI: electric parts are imported and equipped with aero socket, easy for maintenance 7) Special design VII: optional mechanical and electromagnetic film carriage, remote- control device, and pulley ramp available Features: 1) Pre-stretch: tension range from 0 to 250% to save film material 2) No limit speed shift: soft start and stop to prevent product from dropping 3) Partial strengthen: switch packing design to make fastest packing speed for different products 4) Turntable orientation: turntable positions automatically to ensure positioning accuracy 5) Self-protection switch: when plant is in abnormity, the film carriage will reach the top or bottom to protect from collision 6) Photocell device: the height of packing product is detected by sensor to track best packing height for each product 7) Tension control: a mechanical flexible brake is applied for film tension control to get perfect protection for product 8) Break film automatically to save time after finish packing (weight should exceed 250kg) 9) Tension: 0-250% 10) Atrophy:
