Description:Product description: 1) Uses a board pulp crush system. The long fiber of the fluff pulp ensures strong absorption, and reduces production cost a great deal. 2) Dual route forming system with de-molding, using large and small cotton cores. SAP may be supplied at a fixed amount in designed locations or in a mixed manner 3) The equipment can produce three types of napkins; leak proof, ultra-thin medicinal and regular. During the production process, it is not necessary to replace any part of equipment 4) Each part of the equipment is mounted with a differential device for phase correction during operation 5) In the slitting unit, a scrapping-cutting mode is adopted to minimize the impact load, which prolongs the lifetime of the cutter 6) The drive system consists of a synchronous belt (Optibelt, made in Germany) and a round arc gear combined with a gear case. The key parts use NSK bearings (made in Japan) for a smooth transmission, which prolongs the lifetime of the machine.
