SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
This machine is used in seeds, medical, health-care and tea industries, like automatically packing vegetable seeds, Chinese medical pills, healthcare tea and/or packed tea. The machine can implement packing inner and outer packs at one time by filling the material into the inner pack first and then putting the inner pack into the outer one. The inner pack is bound on three sides and can be made of filter cotton paper or other thermal binding material. The outer pack is bound on four sides. It incorporates a cross deviation correction device with two degrees of freedom and an intelligent longitudinal photoelectric trademark positioning system. Continuous trademark mode and fixed trademark mode can be switched at will. It can automatically perform pack-making, metering, filling, cutting, binding, printing of production date, counting (with count preset) and finished product output.
