Description:Bringing forth new ideas in design on the basis of the original DPP-250C model, with adjusting stroke, photoelectric register, of station die blocky, AL-PL, AL-AL, AL-PL-AL three functions, the machine belongs to a split combination model, and can enter into elevator of 1.5m and finished separately cleaning workshop. It features mechanically-driven pneumatic control, orientates the capsule in a sequence according to different colors, with an international lead in running speed. The rate of orientation and the rate of correction reach 99.9%. It can manufacture according to the size of sheet that the customer required, and equip with all kinds of blister packing machine. Other features include a manipulator grip (pneumatic) feeding mechanism, adjustable stroke equipped with micro-adjustable device, guaranteeing synchronous correction. Air-cushion heat-sealing for when the machine stops, the cylinder automatically lifts the net plate, thus elimination the blister deformation caused by heat radiation during staying of PVC, and playing a role in slowing down pressure for the benefit of extension of its service life. There is a mechanical forming structure, the AL-AL package, equipped with vibrating feeding or feeding model charging device and lack of tablets monitor device (patent No. 98247588.8). The work station die block integrates working assembling, guarantees precision, all work station can remove through scale hand-wheel according to the size required to make removing mould and adjusting stroke easily. The DIII model has a longer machine body and can satisfy filling several medicines in one sheet. Smooth coordinated flow-lines on the plate line, positive forming, automatic filling, capsule orientating, unfilled tablet checking, automatic rejection, photoelectric register, upper and lower cobweb, press trace cutting line, printing batch number, no-side blending and automatic alarm of broken pieces. The common machine has a sleek touch control panel that's easy to operate. Planet model general speed regulation charging device checks the rate of the usually feeding reach to 99% for capsules and tablets (patent No. 88207598.5).
