The width of printing is 800mm and 1050mm. It has good appearance in design and convenient operation and is suitable for printing roll plastic film, paper, cellophane and other phakage materials. The printing could be finished on time continously with many colors. It has such characteristics as high efficiency, wide printing scope, abundant and delicate printing result, brilliant ink color, strong color retentivity, besides those, it is longeval. Currently, it is a kind of ideal printing equipment as it has excellent quality, low cost, right price which especially used for large quantity printing, such as package printing of cigarette, wine, and medicine. Functions: 1) Roller core adopt air-expansion type 2) Unwinding and rewinding units:they adopt turnover double station rolling and releasing structure, receiving and replacing material without stopping the machine 3) Tension control system: releasing tension adopt vector motor to control, rewinding adopt frequency converter control 4) Trasimssion section :the main motor adopts frequency control of trasimission speed, it has precise wheel gear .so the trasmission is accurate, the noise is low and the whole machine is drived steadily 5) Printing unit: a) It adopt pneumaticaly pressurizes or unpressurizes and has protective locking function. Pressure could be randomly adjusted b) The angle of scraper is adjustable in three-dimension. The knife move back and forth so as to ensure the better graph quality and the longer life the scraper c) Printing wall board is thick high-density cast iron with good shake. It makes a foundation for press operation with high speed 6) Ink-feeding system:it adopts ink spraying box which is the most advanced install in China. It can increase the ink strength to ensure the graph quality ink circulation system in formated and the ink in the box is used fully 7) Dry system:for that the ink in the plastic film can be dried as soon as possible, every printing unit install a heat-drying box and natural drying box. It adopts airproof high effective dry system and adjusts dry temperature automatically electric power, so it can save energy and provide a better operation enviroment for the workers 8) Automatic colour register system: it adopts advanced computerized auto register system which has high register accuracy,so it saves time and material at the start Packing: Exported worthy wooden case
