3. Feature:
A universal joint is fitted between the driveshaft and the differential axle to transmit power through the axis of rotation. Perfectly smooth rotation is required, in order to handle the constantly changing angles of the rear axle caused by the vertical movement of uneven surfaces transmitted through the suspension system. In other words, a universal joint efficiently transmits power through both fixed and fluctuating angles. Moreover, since the universal joint is lightweight and compact with superior durability, it has proved to be a safe and positive product for power transfer in Automotive and Industrial applications. In recent years, we have been working to develop and produce the press type bearing which is aimed at improvement in intensity and durability and reduces cost further.
4. Structure:
A universal joint has four needle roller bearings that provide the strength and life which is most important and both the axes of the spider are inserted into two yokes. In the bearing, a seal is located to prevent dust, water, etc.from ingress and to prevent grease egress. For heavy duty vehicles with high torque transmission, such as large size vehicles and various industrial machine vehicles, a wing type (3 kinds: block, wing, delta) is used. Bolt-fastening mechanism and key-way are incorporated to the bearing and a precise circle is on its back. By receiving the torque through the key-way, even if a bolt is loosely tightened, the shearing stress does not apply to the bolt.
1.The bearing should be stored in the enviroment of dry;clean;ventilation and also the enviroment should
without causticity gas.The relative humidity in the warehouse should not exceed 60%,longer stored bearings
have to be antirust in periodic(this period can't exceed one year).
2.When the user install the bearings,they can't use hard tool knock the bearing directly,especially the pressure
can't transit to the rolling element.The user should use uniformity assistant tools to install the bearings.When the
interference is bigger,the user have to put the bearing into mineral oil and heat the bearing to 90°C-100°C and than
install the bearing at once.
3.If there is already dedicated grease in the clutch bearing or any sealed bearing,the user doesn't have to clear the
bearings when installation;you must have not to cook the bearing with oil or heat the bearings with any other method.
4.When the bearing is in using,you have to keep the bearing in good lubricity;keep the bearing away from dust with
its seal.You have to always checking the bearing's function when it is in working.
5.The user have to attent the above directions,or any uncorrectable using way will effect the lifetime of the bearing.
