It has very strong heating resistance and can seldom be deformed, including 100-degree, 121-degree, and 135-degree. Low temperature cold storage film possesses fine intensity and tenacity, including -5-10 degree, and -18-40 degree cold storage. Both boiling and cold storage film are poisonous less and odorless, which conform to the hygienic standards of food packaging, and can also be packaged in vacuum. The ordinary PT packaging film can withstand high temperature below 100 degrees, whose applications have been limited. Boiling packaging has commonly adopted CPP film as heat sealing base material, while CPP film is too fragile and can be broken easily. At present, our company has developed heat sealing base film for boiling, which can withstand boiling below 121 degrees, thus replacing CPP film. It is characterized by good transparency, low shrinkage, softness and fine heat sealing performance. It is mainly used as compound boiling packaging material, obstructing packaging material, and milk and meat packaging, which has enhanced the obstruction performance and prolonged the life. They also have hot-sealing intensity and are adequate for high speed automatic package line. They keep the end products flat. After high-temperature pressing, the film can not deform and shrink.
