BCH2020 professional OEM closed end drawn cup needle roller bearing
Feature
Drawn cup needle roller bearings support radial loads and reduce friction between rotating components, with a drawn outer shell serving as a raceway for the rollers. The low cross section of the drawn cup bearing provides high load-carrying capability with minimum required space. Drawn cup bearings are easily installed with a press fit in the housing.
Needle roller bearings are cylindrical roller with a roller bearing, relative to its diameter, roller both thin and long. This is called needle roller. Despite having a smaller cross-section, it has a higher load bearing capacity, equipped with a thin and long needle bearing roller, so the radial structure is compact, its diameter size and load capacity and other types of bearings, the outer diameter minimum, especially for radial mounting dimensions restricted support structure.
