We choosed coconut shell from old coconut fruits only that can give us hight percentage of fixed carbon, low volatile matter and ash. The production process starting from prepare coconut shell charcoal on stockpile, crushing by crusher machine mixing with charcoal powder. Compress charcoal on shape, heating by oven machine 24 hours and packing 1 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg. Properties of products 100% natural charcoal (non chemical), hard, odorless, no sparking, easy and long time ignition higher heat and burning evenly without producing smoke and flames, small ashes great taste for BBQ. Environmental friendly since non-sulfur.
