Variable needle system (VNS)
Designed to reduce packaging and increase productivity, Elastic Staple System provides an innovative, flexible method for securing products in a variety of packaging applications. Faster than hand applying cable ties or twist ties, the Elastic Staple reduces packaging up to 99% over clamshells, blister packs and skin packs, making it friendlier to the environment.
Variable Needle System (VNS) is a versatile, low cost machine that securely fastens products to backing cards using the Elastic Staple. Powered by compressed air, the VNS allows customers the flexibility to use it as a stand-alone unit or adapt it to meet the needs of high volume applications. Improvements in production output and reduced material cost created by the VNS provide a quick return on investmen.
