It is 2 or 3 times longer than the normal thread , it can reduce the number of times of changing thread, hence it can also improve the output of production. The pre-wound bobbins thread is less 50% loss than traditional bobbins (because it wont brought waste if not used up). Owing to without bobbin, the head wont touch the bobbin when embroidery, which wont result in no point of needle and breaking of needle head, and reduce the rate of thread-cutting.
