This is a brand new invention taking the place of the traditional interlining. In Japan nowadays, almost all the factory use the magic film, but not the packing paper, to embroider. And the magic film has been sold to European and North America markets. For the traditional packing paper, it is hard to divest fully. Whats worse, it will leave wrinkle behind and affect the appearance of the product.
Characteristics of the hot fusible film:
# Divestable at low temperature and low pressure. (2 to 3sec at 100 to 130 centigrade)
# The embossing and the granule play a role in preventing the cloth from moving, ventilating and divesting without bonding.

How to use:
1. Pull (paste) the hot fusible film, put the smooth side to board, and the side with granules to the fabric, making the fabric not move.
2. Set the temperature of stripper to be 100 to 120 centigrade (130 centigrade in winter). Then lay 10 sheets of the magic film onto the flat bed, then press for 10 times.
3. After operating for hundreds of times, the film on the flat bed has accumulate some thickness. For this, you should set the temperature to 140 centigrade. Dispose of the bottom film and use another film (about 15mm) as the new bottom film.
4. If the bottom film glistens, it means the temperature is too high. And this may affect the outcome of some embroidery thread (fabric) which is sensitive to heat. To solve this, you should set down the temperature, then cover with other fabric and press for 2 to 3 times till the color of the bottom film turn to white smoke. This is the best operation condition.
