1. How can I get some samples?

1) We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost and sample charge, if the sample need special material, special printing mode, label mode, shoe/slippers mode etc., the sample charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order. If the sample do not do make the material or other mode specially, we only ask for the courier cost.

2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

2. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end: We have ISO quality control system, and relative recorder kept.

1) All raw material we used are after checking and inspection;

2) Skillful workers care every detail in handing the stamping cutting, logo printing, logo embroidery, product stitching/sewing, Npacking process;

3) Quality- control department  responsible for quality checking in each process specially.

3. Can your factory printing, embroidery or labeled my logo on the goods?

Yes, we can print or embroidery or labeled the logo on the goods or their packing box, for patent protection purpose, Artwork in pdf or ai fomat is available..

We usually produce goods based on customer’s samples or based on customers’ Artwork, logo, sizes etc detail information design for customers.
