Yes, we can. We can do OEM & ODM for all the customers with customized artworks of PDF or AI format.

3. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Quality is priority! SOHO always attaches great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end: 
1).Firstly, we have ISO9001, ISO 14001, GMPC and 22716 GMPC certification, so for all the production process , we have standard rules ; 
2).Secondly, we have QC team , two parts, one is in the factory to control producing, the other is as third party, inspect the goods for our customers. Once everything is ok, our documents department can book the vessel, then ship it.;
3).Thirdly, we have all detailed records for nonconformity products,  then we will make summary according to these records, avoid it happen again.

4).Finally, We do observe the relevant codes of conduct & laws from government in environment, human rights and other aspects like no children labor, no prisoners labor and so on.

4. How can I get some samples?

We are appreciated that new clients pay for the courier cost for free samples and this charge will be deducted once orders are released.
