we have 12 producition lines for producing nylon monofilament, annual production is 1200 tons, pa6, pa66, and pa12 as material, diameter is from 0.08mm to 2.0mm(60-32000d), hundreds of colors, also can according to customers requirements, with high strength,minor elongation and other characteristics, about nylon monofilament we own four related patents.

- Excellent quilting thread
- Easy to use
- Free motion or with feed dogs
- Usually doesn't require a lot of tension adjustments
- Easy on machine: won't wear on tension spring like many other invisible threads
- Wonderful for applique, heirloom quilting, beadwork, couching and serging
- Invisible nylon won't fade to be yellow with ages or become brittle
- Stitches won't shine: invisible nylon seems to disappear into fabric
- Invisible nylon is as soft as hair
- Can not poke but extremely strong
- When finished, project can be dry-cleaned or machine washed and dried
- Finished projects can be ironed or pressed (set iron on steam medium heat, just as would for any nice fabric
