  We are one 27 year-old factory, specialized in handy sewing and knitting accessories packaging and sewing basket.Now we have about 320 employees,.Our factory occupies about 20000 construction square meters including one office building, 200 square meters showroom, three 4-floored produciton building, one 5-floored dormitory building (each room equiped with separate washing room and air conditioner). We are the first factory in China in this line of business whose registered funds is over USD1.6 million. 

  We have a full range of packaging equipments: 5 blister cover (shell clam) making machines, 4 injection machines, 16 semi-automatic packaging lines, 5 packing machines, 2 shrink machines, 3 PP code making machines, all which together with thousands of our running sewing craft items make our qualified technical teams not difficult to develop new items and fill your customized orders. Besides, we have 160 elastic weaving machines, 100 thread rolling machines.       

   Our present produciton ability is about 150 thousand cards(sets) everyday, and annual turnover is about USD10 million. 1. Are you a factory or trading company?         We are a direct factory. Strictly speaking, we are the packaging factory. We only produce some small parts of the accessories by ourselves such as elastic, plastic box and so on; we source most of the accessories from other partners then do customized packaging in our factory.

2. Where is your factory located? How can I get there?

We are located in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China, in the south of Shanghai, about 30 minutes by car to Yiwu Market, 80 minutes by fast train to Shanghai. You can take fast train to Yiwu Station or Jinhua Station. If you come by air, Yiwu Airport is your best choice. Or you come to Shanghai Airport or Huangzhou Airport then transfer train to Jinhua or Yiwu. We are willing to come to Jinhua or Yiwu station to pick you up. 

3. What’s your MOQ and MOA?

We handle business very flexibly. For most of the items in our collection in our own brand and card, no MOQ needed if we have stocks. Also there is no MOA. But smaller order leads to a higher price, and any orders less than USD5000, there will be some extra handling fees from USD50-100.

If you need your own brand and card (OEM order), the MOQ is 30000 cards (total order quantity, not individual item quantity), smaller quantity also will lead to a higher price. 

4. Can we have some samples?

Sure, no samples, no orders! For regular items, small quantity samples (valuing less than USD10) are free, postage is collected! If the samples value is more than USD10 or new items or items difficult to make, sample fees USD50-200 is needed. If the order is concluded in the following half years, this sample fees can be refundable!

5. How long can we have the samples?

For regular items, and small quantity samples, we will dispatch them within 2 working days. 

6. Can you produce exactly same as our sample?

No problem, we have over 20 years OEM order production experience. If there needs mould, we can consider to invest if the order quantity is big enough, as you know that we have injection machines, and blister cover making machines. 

We can negotiate everything based on mutual benefit.

7.  Can we get the price list of all products?

We are glad to supply you our price list, but we have exceed 1200 items, it is difficult for us to work out the entire products price to you. And what’s more, the price varies from quantity, packing method, and other special request. So pls always inform us more information, such as the item you are interested, target quantity, packing method, or your own special request, so we can offer correct prices to you. 

8. How to solve the problem if we receive the default items?

We survive in this business for over 20 years! We know how important the reputation is for a Co., Surely we will take the responsibility if it is proved to be our fault. And for new buyers, we will trade through ALIBABA Trade Assurance to offer you 100% guarantees to deliver goods on time!

9. Why sometimes your price looks high compared with other offers?

You are right! The price only looks high! We are the factory, our advantage is to offer correct price. But for the trading Co., they may offer low price first, if it does not work, then they try to reduce the quality. That’s why the shipment quality is different from the sample quality. But for us, the shipment quality has to be exactly same as the sample one. We do not need the problem, we need the quality!

For same items, there are always several different qualities, all which looks same or similar from the picture. If you are not professional, or before the using experience, you willnot find the difference! But we are honest, we will tell you the truth, and we know which quality suits for which markets. So your information about your selling market, your potential quantity and so on is very helpful for us to offer correct prices to you! And if you have your target prices, we can offer correct quality to you, or we will try to offer solutions!
