4.How to get your quotation?
Please email us item number, size, quantity, raw material you need, the more information you give, the better price we quote. If possible, please inform us photos, 3d-drawing, real samples.
5.Can I ask for some samples?
We provide sample Free, but the shipping cost is on your side.
6.How much do you charge for development?
OEM/ODM design, moulds costs depend on sizes/designs/quantity. After place order, we can give refund
7.Can I get samples first of my own design, and then start the order?
Yes, of course. We charge you 1/3 mould cost and will send you real sample for your checking, all shipping fees are on your side; after your confirmation, we will start mass production. Mould charge is refundable at different quantity levels.
8. How many days needed for production?
Normally 5-8 days, and 12-25 days for ODM/OEM.
9. What's the shipping method?
Normally use international express, such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, etc.Big order by sea or by air
