| What Concerns Buyers Most When Sourcing New Suppliers? |
Q1: What's your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ usaally is 200 pcs per design per colour in various sizes. But we can negotiate that, since we do help some clients growing up their brand with smaller order.
Q2: What's your sample polocy ?
A: We charge $50 to create a sample , the sample fee will be refunded after formal order.
Q3: What's your lead time ?
A: Sampling time is 7-10 days; Shipping time is 15-25 days after order confirmed, it all depends on the order quantity.
Q4: What's your payment terms ?
A: Our priority is T/T payment---30%deposit 70%balance before shipment ; we also accept L/C, Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram, etc.
Q5: Can you make my designs ? How about I just send you a rough photo ?
A: YES, we can make samples according to your designs&specifications; If you send us a rough photo, we're able to source the same/similar materials to make or redesign the samples.
Q6: What's your prices ?
A: Most of our orders are custom design, the buyers send us some rough photos for quotations, we used to quote them a rough price based on the buyer's target market&approxmate quality requirement, and work out the final price after we finish the sample.
