15-30 days in general, it depend on your quantity.

As for sample .It is newly make and charges with new customers .It costs $30-$50/piece and takes 3-5days to prepare the sample .Hope you can understand .
6 .What could we do if we find your goods are not in good performance?
Please send us detailed reports and if problems are really caused by our factory, we will pay compensation according to your loss.
