Printing Inks.
We use Top quality inks to make printing---Italy Kiian inks. They are world-famous inks . Eye-one to make accurate sublimatiion color. Color perfect match,above 95% base on your Pantone.
Printing Machine.
The machine is imported from Japan, which is MUTON printer . we have to admit that the Japan equipment is high quality.
Wasatch softwear
In china, 99% factories use MAINTOP. But for my factory, we use WASATCH to make printing. We also ask somebody , who is very professional WASATCH more than 10 years to help us to elaborate.The quality is perfect!
About color
Our factory can match pantone color more than 95%. The most importantly, After your confirmation of artworks by jpg without any pantone colors.. Our color will be match computer color more than 95%. That's very fantastic quality, we can make.
Delivery date on time
Our one workers can finish 250pcs t-shirt per day and 100pcs polo shirt per days. Including printing, we can finish 1000pcs t-shirt by 10 days. If 2000pcs t-shirt, 20 days are fine.
A: We are a factory which is located in Shenzhen.
Q2: When will the products be finished if the order has been placed?
A: Our one workers can finish 250pcs t-shirt per day and 100pcs polo shirt per days. Including printing, we can finish 100pcs t-shirt by 10 days. If 2000pcs t-shirt, 20 days are fine.
Q3: What is your quality control process?
A: 1) Check final order detail based on order. we also send it to you to check it.
2) check paper pattern again with designer to check the size if they are ok or not.
3) start to make printing
4) Ironing: will check the material if they have big problem during the iron. If any problem , will ask them stop to iron and discuss with you about this problem.
5) cutting: asker the cutting people to check each panel defective. if yes, will remake the printing.
6) sewing: my assistant to go to workshop to inspect if it has any questions.
7) after finishing the goods: My assistant and I will measure the goods again and check the numbers of each jersey.
8) send you goods pictures to check.
9) send after your confirmation
Q4: Is it OK to make my logo on our product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q5: Can your company provide the OEM service?
A: Yes,it's available.
