Q. Which format of the file do we need for customized design?
A. Any format is acceptable provided design file is of good resolution. Customer You can provide .eps, .ai, .cdr, .jpg, .png, .bmp, etc. We will make it compatible with our system and then take confirmation before printing it.
Q. Is sampling fee charged to customer?
A. If the customer is serious and looks forward to place orders with us, we will not charge for sampling
