Moreover, before production, our technology Dept. colleagues will assess the production process to ensure each process in the right way.

3. Once the products occur quality problem, How will you deal with ?

Please rest assure, we are reliable and responsible company. Please send us details and pictures when quality problems occured, we'll analyze the reason and find out the solution with our QC&A and Technology dept. In general, the complaint will be solved within three workdays.

4. Can I use my own brand and design ?
