Machine Information
This machine has been patented. It can make scouring pad, cleaning pad, bath and shower series. It has been improved from the former gereration with more delicate process and better stability. Applying advanced micro computer control system, it can knit dozens of patterns. And it adopts square boday instead of triangular one, being more stable and elegant. Meanwhile, it has slow start function, reducing the rate of yarn-break and defective index.
1.Improved from our old model, itis with fully e-closed machine boday, and delicatedly made. Work more stably. The output is higher. It also can produce cleaning pad with defferent pattern.
2.Auto stop when yarn breaks or needle leaks highly reducing the defective index. Andvanced transducer allows slow start for the machine to grind in. It will stop automatically when reach the output set before.
3.Apply LCD, the interface can be changed from Chinese into Engilish. Much easier for the operator.
4.Key spare parts like cylinder and inner sinker stand are made form good steel, It's reliable and endurable.
