Weaving machine

We have more than 60 weaving machines, include 20 dobby jacquard weaving machines and 40 jacquard weaving machines. We can do jacquard towel with dobby border. And also, we can offer the fabric for the printing towels by ourselves. We can control the production quality very good.

Printing machine

We have 2 printing machines, which are made in Taiwan. The largest size of the towel we can print is 200x250cm. The colors of the towel could reach up to 12. The whole production lines are highly automated, and our machine have the dye pattern. After printing, the towels will be sent in to the dye pattern, in order to keep good color fastness.

Washing machine

We have 2 washing machines. The towels are unfold when washing. It is good to keep the good color fastness, and also, it can make the velour more regular. After this work, the surface of the towel will be more flat, and the towel feeled very soft.

Compressed machine

We have 8 compressed machines.

1. Compress the towel into one shape.

2. Put printed paper card on the up and bottom sides of the towel. 

3. Packed the towel by shrink wrap.

Sewing workshop

We have 25 weaving machines. Once the towel finished washing work, they will be sent to here. We can sew many kinds of border.

Dressing floor

We have more than 30 works in the workshop, they are very careful and professional in towel trim working. The towels will be inspected by our works and packed into carton.
