Q3:What is your MOQ ?
A3:MOQ is Minimum Order Quantity or Min. Order. Usually our MOQ of hand towel is 10,000 pcs.
We need our MOQ to share with the fixed costs, such as transport costs and customs clearance costs, etc.
Q4:How to get samples?
A4:1.If we have our current sample, we will provide you free.But you need to pay the express cost.
2.If we have no, you need to pay the sample cost $200-$300,It is refunded if the order quantity reaches up to MOQ.
3.The sample time is 10-15days after we receive your sample cost.
Q5:How to know the price of the hand towel ?
A5:You need to provide us the details of the hand towel belows:
1.Fabric of the hand towel: cotton, CVC or microfiber fabric ?
2.Cloth of the hand towel: terry cloth or velour/velvet cloth ?
3.With patterns: printing,embroidery or color woven ?
4.Payment terms: T/T, usually 30% is deposit and pay the balance before delivery.
Q6:How to control the quality of the hand towels .
A6:We have our own QC teams. From yarn to fabric, then to cutting,then to printing, then to packing, we have our own
teams to check and control the quality of the hand towels. We try our best to make each of goods high quality.
