Weaving machine
We have more than 60 weaving machines, include 20 dobby jacquard weaving machines, 40 jacquard weaving machines and 3 knitting machine for t-shirt fabric. We can control the production quality and time very good
We have 2 printing machines, which are made in Taiwan. The largest size of the towel we can print is 200x250cm. The colors of the towel could reach up to 12. And 5 printing lines for t-shirt. After printing, the goods will be sent in to the dye pattern, in order to keep good color fastness.
Washing machine
We have 2 washing machines. The towels are unfold when washing. It is good to keep the good color fastness, and also, it can make the velour more regular. After this work, the surface of the towel will be more flat, and the towel will be felt very soft.
Dressing floor
We have more than 60 works in the workshop, they are very careful and professional in towel trim working. The goods will be inspected by our works and packed into carton.

We need our MOQ to share with the fixed costs,such as transport costs and customs cleanrance costs,ect.
Q5:How to get the samples?
A5:1,If we have our current sample,we will provide you free.But you need to pay the express cost.
2.If we have no,you need to pay the sample cost $200/design,It is refunded if the order quantity reaches up to MOQ.
3.The sample time is 7-15days after we recieve your sample cost.
