Our wicking thermal sock uses the knitting method of blending natural thermal fiber,manmade fiber with elastic fiber,ensuring the feature of thermal,moisture wicking,antibacterial and deodorizing.
The special design of anti-slip on the bottom of sock,built in arch support and extra cushioned for sock absorption reinforced heel and toe make feet comfortable for long time.Our wicking thermal sock is used in outdoor sports like hiking,treking,skiing,daliy life and etc.
5.MOQ:2,000 pairs/ style:
- (One style means same color, size, weight, material, embroidery logo, heat print, etc)
- The quantity of 2,000 pairs is the min. quantity for dying specific color yarn (Pantone)
- MOQ can be negotiated and lower if using our stock similar color yarn
6.Sample-making:
- Sample Lead-time: 10 - 15 days (using stock yarn only, not the specific dyed yarn)
- Usually, it takes 15 - 20 days for dying yarn in customer's request colors
- Charge is involved in yarn-dying
- *Suggestion: Using similar color stock yarn to make sample to speed up the sample lead-time. On the other hand, it can actually reflect the sock quality as only the color is different
7.Production:
- Production Lead-time: it depends on the order quantity, materials used, etc (Usually, it takes 45-50 days for around 5,000 pairs)
8.Packing:
- As per customer's request
- We always suggest our customer the most desirable and suitable ways
Packaging Details: 5-10 pairs/OPP bag,20-40bags/Carton box or per buyer's requirements
