Our Premium quality speculum is designed for full mouth examination, it has small but deep ratchet to ensure comfortable fitting. Ratchets are graduated for precise opening. Manufactured from high grade stainless steel with "A"grade leather backings. Spring loaded ratchets on both sides of the speculum keep the mouth open at the desired level.
