F: How to place an order.
A: At the very begaining Keen Dragon will help to create a computer mock up for the buyer. And this is for free.
After approval of the mock up, we will produce a sample shorts and send to buyer for approval. (sample charge $50.00/pc not including the shipping)
If the buyer confrm the quality and style, then we can dscuss about the order.
F: How to create a mock up.
A: You only need to send us the logo and idea, Keen Dragon will help you to work it out.
We prefer AI PSD CDR files.
F: How to buy a sample for quality check at the very Begaining?
A: The sample charge is $50.00/pc not including the shipping. The shipping is around $30.00 - $50.00 depending on the location of the buyer. We accept Paypal for the sample charge.
F: How long is the production lead time for the very 1st sample.
A: Usually it will take 2-4 weeks time. Depending on the schedule of the sample room.
F: How long is the production lead time for bulk order.
A: Usually 60-90 days depending on the order qty and schedule of the factory.
F: Why the capacity of Keen Dragon is 50000 pcs per month. But the production lead time for bulk order is 60-90 days.
A: To avoid lost of money, factory can not stop and wait for order. So factory have a schedule for production over 30-60 days. That means when you place a order and send the deposit today, the soonest time we start to produce your order is 30-60 days later. During these days, we will prepare the fabric and accessories ready.
F: How to make a payment.
A: For the sample charge which total amount under $300 we prefer Paypal. If the total amount is over $300 and the buyer want to use paypal, we will request 5% extra.
For the payment of bulk order we prefer T/T
F: What is your payment terms.
A: By sea 30% -50% deposit (depending on the order qty), balance against B/L copy
By air/ By courier (such as Fedex, DHL) 30%-50% deposit(depeding on the order qty), balance before the shipment. We will take pic and show buyer the details before the payment.
