A: At the very begining Keen Dragon will help to create a computer mock up for the buyer. And this is for free.

After approval of the mock up, we will produce a sample short to be send to buyer for confirmation. (sample charge $50.00/pc not including the shipping)

If the buyer confrm the quality and style, then we can discuss about the final order.

Q: How to create a mock up.

A: You only need to send us the logo and idea, Keen Dragon will help you to work it out.

We prefer AI, PDF, PSD and CDR files.

Q: How to buy a sample for quality check?

A: The sample charges  $50.00 pairs each not including the shipping. The shipping charge is around $30.00 - $50.00 depending on where it send to. We accept Paypal for the sample charge. 

Q: How long does it take to produce samples.

A: Usually it will take 2-3 weeks after payment received. Depending on the schedule of the sample workshop.

Q: How long does it take to produce bulk orders.

A: Usually 60-90 days, depending on the order quantity and schedule of the factory.

Q: Why the capacity of Keen Dragon is 50000 pairs per month. But the production time for bulk order is 60-90 days.

A: Factories are often very busy,and have scheduled production plan for next 30-60 days. That means when you place an order and send the deposit today, there are usually some other buyer's order queuing in front of yours! That makes the soonest time we start to manufacture your products is 30-60 days after order has been placed. During these days, we will get the fabrics and accessories for production ready.

Q: How to make a payment.

A: For the sample charge which total amount under $300 we prefer Paypal. If the total amount is over $300 and the buyers want to use paypal, we will request 5% extra for commissin.

For the payment of bulk order we prefer T/T

Q: What is your payment terms.

A: By sea 30% -50% deposit (depending on the order qty), balance against B/L copy

     By air/ By courier (such as Fedex, DHL) 30%-50% deposit(depeding on the order qty), balance before       shipment. We will take pics to show the buyers for reference before the payment.
