Curing Tapes/Vulcanization tapes are made mainly of nylon 66 high tensile long threads by high-speed weaving. They are mainly used in all kinds of high pressure wire braided rubber hose, fabric hoses, absord hoses, kinds of rubber rollers and rubber fender.


The Vulcanization tapes produced by our company are stable in dimensions, have smooth & delicate appearance, are durable, with good thermal shrinking features. After multiple and repeated usage, the best shrinking strength and pressure can still be achieved, which is very important for the adhesive strength between rubber and strength materials.


Also the normal nylon wrap tape produced by most domestic makers is too tight at the flange, and with rough appearance, which causes damages to the hose appearance due to uneven shrinking strength in vulcanization. But nylon wrap tape produced by our company can solve these problems well.
