Cotton swab :
Purestat® clean cotton swabs are provided with high quality and cleanliness, and usually used in clean-room. Its head is specially designed and can provide good particle and residue removal without any abrasion. Unique bonding and cleaning process ensure a minimum of particle shedding from cotton seal. The handle is made from a high quality paper material, which never contribute particulate contaminates to the clean-room.
Features:
The head is made by polyester Filament fiber and wash by Pure water.
Thermal bonding head, no chemical bond contaminations.
Low particle generation and less contaminated ions.
Low nonvolatile residue.
Available for cleaning small slotted and grooved areas.
Suitable for most solvents and has good solvent absorption.
No silicone oil, amide, DOP, etc.
Packing in Class 10 Clean-room.
